Once you have been contacted for a project, we will share the scope of work and align on the budgets and timelines. We will then sign a contract with both you and the client and kickstart the project. Post project completion we will pay you directly.

No! We take a commission from the overall budget that the client has allocated for the project. You will be provided a quote for the given scope of work, which you can either accept, decline or negotiate upon. 

Once we receive a project brief, we search our freelancer database to find a match for the requirement. Certain filters that are added to shortlist are skills required, complexity of the project, time commitment, location, etc.

Yes! If you have worked for 2+ years in the industry honing your core skills, we can help you kickstart your freelance journey. We take sessions which will help you in:

3. Communication and negotiation skills
4. Lifestyle and cashflow management

Ideally no! Clients that we work with require freelancers who are experts at their core skills. Therefore it is advisable that you get a minimum of 1-2 years of experience doing part time or full time work and then jump on the freelance wagon.
